Sizes XXS to 4XL Tall · chest 75.7-153.7 cm · waist 61-139.2 cm · hip 76.2-142.2 cm
Measure your chest and find the closest number in the chart. For example, a chest of 108 cm matches Nike size L Tall most closely. If you sit between two sizes, the larger one is usually the safer choice for a comfortable fit.
How to measure for a Nike size
Use a soft tape measure, keep it level and snug without pulling it tight, and measure over thin clothing or underwear.
Chest: around the fullest part, under the arms, with the tape level all the way round.
Waist: around the narrowest part of your torso for tops, or where your trousers sit for bottoms.
Hip: around the fullest part of your hips and seat, feet together.
Inseam: from the crotch down the inside of the leg to where you want the hem, or copy it from trousers that fit.
Nike publishes its chart in inches. This page shows every measurement in both centimetres and inches, so use whichever your tape measure reads.
Does Nike run small or large?
It depends on the garment and on you, which is why the chart matters more than the label. Nike size L Tall is made for a chest of about 108 cm. Compare that with your own chest measurement rather than the size you usually wear elsewhere.
What if I am between two Nike sizes?
Check which measurement matters most for the garment: chest for tops, waist and inseam for trousers. If you are still between sizes, go up for a relaxed fit or down for a closer one.
Where does this Nike size chart come from?
It comes from Nike's own published size guide at nike.com. Brands update their charts from time to time, so check the brand's page before an important order.
